strange ARP problem

wouldn't it be better this way:

[ workstation  ]                         [ mail server  ]
[192.168.20.250]-------------------------[ 192.168.20.15]
[192.168.10.250]-------[ switch ]--------[ 192.168.10.15]
                            |
                            |
                   [router 192.168.10.1]
                            |
                        public IP
?

In any case, I believe there's some kind of problem with FreeBSD's
net stack, as 'arp: 192.168.10.15 is on lo0' is imposiible.
