bsdtar needs --ignore-zero & --ignore-failed-read

Thanks for the suggestion; I'll see about adding
these.

I am reluctant to assert these by default, however.
Not because I expect anyone to deliberately append
anything, but because I expect there to be tar
archivers that append garbage to fill out the
final block.
