symlink: /home -> /usr/home vs. /home -> usr/home in default installation

FWIW, I'm making virtually every symlink relative instead of absolute for just
this reason. (To be exact, more similar to Solaris' approach, so
/sys -> ./usr/src/sys and /home -> ./usr/home)
