Hi Mike and all,

I found the problem with the Intel PRO/1000 card. I looked in the BIOS and
it says NO MAC address!
I even reset BIOS but no results. It seems like onboard Intel card is
broken or malfunctioning.
I told the owner to change Dell server to another.

Thanks for all who tried to help me and suggested ideas.
