This shouldn't be hard to implement.  The "mount-from" argument to
mount_smbfs is almost a URL already, so the logical place to add a port
parameter is  defined in section 2 of:

...where it reads:

 smb_server = [ smb_userinfo "@" ] smb_srv_name [ ":" port ]
