When installing devel/glibmm under a WITH_DEBUG=yes regime, glibmm will strip
its symbols nonetheless. (This showed when I was trying to debug
graphics/rawtherapee.)

I am proposing and attaching a patch to avoid stripping everything under
WITH_DEBUG.
