The machine-id file checked for and made if needed in the dbus rc.d script.
This is done like this because we don't want the file to end up in the plist
because that would cause dbus to die when it is updated and then breaking every
dbus using application.

Applications that use dbus should have dbus running, I'm not sure how to tell
users this in a coherent manner.
