Firefox doesn't use system cairo at the moment[1] but even with it I cannot
reproduce anymore. Not sure if cairo or mozilla upstream fixed the regression
or my setup sufficiently changed.

And the patch doesn't apply against cairo-1.12.16, anyway.

[1] system cairo will come together with firefox-32.0.1 update
