[REQUEST] Add x11-toolkits/libwnck3

Hi,

I'm wonder, if x11-toolkits/libwnck3 can be added into ports tree, because I started to port some applications from Elementary project.

In fact, I need this library for the Plank panel, several users (there's thread on FreeBSD's forum, and I've already received private email) try to install my personal port, but often they fail. 

Currently I use libwnck3-3.4.5, which works fine with our current version of GTK3 and GLib (I known on Marcuscom repository, there's another release).
