Hm, try to rebuild and reinstall textproc/p5-XML-Parser.

This issue has been around for a long time. It seems to affect intltool, though there may be one or more other less frequently used ports that it also hits.

* It only happens after a Perl update

* I have confirmed that all p5-XML-Parser has been updated after perl

* After this error, re-installing p5-XML-Parser will allow intltool to configure, build and install with no problems

* It does not happen on all systems

My guess is that some other port steps on something used by XML::Parser, but I have not tracked down just what and, since I only have one system remaining to update to perl-threaded-5.14.4, I'm not sure I will catch it, though I'll try. I was hoping that pkgng would make this obvious as the use of a "real" database will not allow duplicate files any longer, but it does not seem to have done so to this point.
