 It would appear that you failed to follow the instructions in
 /usr/ports/UPDATING:
 20120109:
   AFFECTS: users of graphics/inkscape:
   AUTHOR: bsam at FreeBSD.org
 
   Before updating graphics/inkscape to version 0.48.2 one should deinstall
   the port graphics/libwpg01.
