inkscape-0.48.2 build fails on 8.2-STABLE: missing header

I am getting this error:
extension/internal/wpg-input.cpp:58:44: error: 
libwpg/WPGStreamImplementation.h: No such file or directory In file 
included from extension/param/string.cpp:18:^M

Corresponding dependency package libwpg-0.1.3_6 is installed, and the 
file /usr/local/include/libwpg-0.1/libwpg/WPGStreamImplementation.h is 
present in the system.
