GIMP: old fashioned menu in toolbar - patch

Hello!

Please apply this additional package as build option for GIMP - it
brings back the menu in the toolbar as it was until release 2.4 if
GIMP. I really enjoyed this GUI design, the new one is horrible, and
they wont change it back - I even repoted it as a bug:
