There is no playbin executable.  The playbin plug-in is installed
into /usr/local/lib/gstreamer-0.10.

And you haven't provided any useful information, either.  No where do
you list the installed packages on your system.  No where in the PR did
you state what you did on your own to try and fix this.  Nor did you
follow the CLEAR instructions in the failure.  Had you provided all of
the information stated in the failure message, it would be easier to
diagnose your problem.
