wrong time stamp 1 JAN 1970 on /var/tmp/orbit-<user>

I use FBSD 6.4-stable alpha. When starting a browser (firefox2 or kazehakase) no window
is open, instead:

GConf Error: Failed to contact configuration server; some possible causes are that you need to enable TCP/IP networking for ORBit, or you have stale NFS locks due to a system crash. See http://www.gnome.org/projects/gconf/ for information. (Details -  1: Failed to get connection to session: Failed to execute dbus-launch to autolaunch D-Bus session)

and wrong date on /var/tmp/orbit-mexas (my username)

and I've many dbus-launch and dbus-daemon processes:

each time I try to launch a browser another couple of dbus processes
are started, but never exit.

Any advice?
