LCD screensaver power management not working?

I updated to 2.26 and if I try to open System->Preferences->Power
Management, or System->Preferences->Screensave->Power Management,
something flashes on the screen too fast to see, and my LCD screen
does not go to standby like it used to after 15 minutes.  I also see
that the power manager is gnome-power-manager-2.24.4_1.

Is anybody else seeing this?
