updating databases/freetds

Hello!

The most recent release of FreeTDS is 0.82, which is quite ahead of our 0.64.

The patch below updates the port itself and gives some clue as to how to 
update the dependant ports (on the example of databases/sqsh) -- backwards 
compatibility seems not to have been a priority for the FreeTDS folks -- some 
libraries and headers are no longer installed at all, for example...

Please, update your ports -- they should be buildable with either version of 
FreeTDS, really, but the new one is "less forgiving".
