You should add two lines below to unmerge before you use csup.

/local/GNOME2/marcusmerge.sh -U -m ports-stable
/local/GNOME2/marcusmerge.sh -U -m ports

> csup -g -L 2 /usr/local/etc/stable-supfile

I don't know. You need to check where marcusmerge put your ports(-stable)  
to your main ports tree. Also, check in  
multimedia/totem-pl-parser/Makefile to see if you actually have 2.21.6 in  
there.
