libgda3 build failure

For the past couple of weeks, on a 7-RC system tracking MC cvsup, I'm
been getting a build failure during the make of libgda3 of:
 No rule to make target '/usr/local/lib/libgda-3.0.1a', needed by
  'libgda-sqlite.la'

I've deleted the port, databases/libgda3, and re-cvsuped, but it continued to 
fail.
