Missing attachment icons in Evolution

Hi,

I'm still seeing missing attachments icons in Evolution 2.12.1.
Upgrading icon-naming-utils to 0.8.6 and rebuilding gnome-icon-theme
seems to fix this issue
(as per http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=476040 ).
I've submitted PR to update icon-naming-utils to 0.8.6:

but it breaks plist for gnome-icon-theme (at least), be aware :-).
