failed upgrade of glib20 using upgrade script

Hey gnome folks.  I've finally gotten round to upgrading my glib20
package, and it bonked on me.

I could sure use some help here.  It looks like it's a simple matter
of a missing header file, but I can't see the right approach.

Attached is the compressed log file from the upgrade script mentioned
in the UPDATING file.

If I've left any info out, please don't hesitate to let me know.
