seamonkey-1.1 - dnd on bookmarks fails

The steps to reproduce it are:
1) open the Bookmark Manager (Bookmarks->Manage Bookmarks in the menu)
2) try to move a bookmark with drag and drop

Expected behaviour:
the bookmark is moved

Actual behaviour:
the bookmark is not moved and the following lines are printed to the console
