annoying start-up delay of gtk-apps in the presence of automounter

I don't have such a thing:

	% ls -la ~/.gt*
	-rw-r--r--  1 mi  wheel   160 Feb  3  2006 /misha/mi/.gtk-bookmarks
	-rw-r--r--  1 mi  wheel  1113 Jan 27  2004 /misha/mi/.gtkrc-kde

Do I need to create it? Thanks!
