 The (A) solution to this problem is to rebuild the packages containing
 libplds4*, this being nspr.
 
 $ cd /usr/devel/nspr && make install FORCE_PKG_REGISTER=wellsure
 
 To find what package a file belongs to you can use.
 $ cd /var/db/pkg && grep -rni "libplds" *
