problems running gweled

Hello:
	I just installed gweled-0.7_2.
	When I try to run it, I get:

	the playing area is blenk except for several zeros in the upper
right-hand corner and the menus don't work.
	My glade is libglade2-2.5.1_5, and the OS is:

	What have I done wrong?
