Alternatively, you can try:
cd /usr/src/lib/libc
make clean
make cleandepend
make depend
make
make install
cd /usr/src/lib/libpthread <--- depending on your pthread library
make clean
make cleandepend
make depend
make
make install
Note that __usleep() is defined in libc.
