Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to get gedit to automatically turn on syntax highlighting for Ruby files when I open them up in gedit. I dropped by the gedit irc channel one time, and they said I just needed to create a mime type for .rb files. I've tried this using the FreeBSD GNOME FAQ as my guide, but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?
