Removal of mtree workaround with X.Org upgrade

Dear maintainers of x11-fonts/libXft,

With the upcoming X.Org ports upgrade, I'm finishing cleanup of BSD.x11-4.dist
mtree file so both XFree86-4-* and xorg-* ports will be using the same one
again. As a consequence, the workaround introduced last time should be removed.
I plan to commit this along with the upgrade. The patch that includes this
fix is available at

Please let me know if you see any problems with this.
