pkg-config missing in deps I suppose

Man, that is way way out of date. The 0.12.0 was released about four years  
ago! We have 0.20 in ports tree. You have to follow this URL below first  
before you report any of bug to us.

It wants pkg-config higher than 0.14 version, and you have 0.12 and we  
have 0.20.
