gnome 2.16 package

Hi
I was wondering if i could get some help with the current package for  
gnome 2.16.
I have read the instructions here:
http://www.freebsd.org/gnome/docs/faq2.html#q21
Im not quite sure how to set PACKAGESITE...  Im using amd, so is it  
just:
PACKAGESITE http://www.marcuscom.com/tb/packages-amd64/6.0-FreeBSD/ 
Latest/
Im not sure about the instructions for appending /Latest/ either...
I suppose i need it dumbed down a little :)
Also, I have 2.14.3 built from ports... does it matter if I use  
pkg_add to install 2.16?
