linux-firefox moved to LOCALBASE so icon not found

I haven't check in linux-firefox....so dunno.

GNOME supports both prefixes for long time. I have a few of *.desktop in  
my /usr/local/share/applications/ and work fine as I can see them in my  
GNOME's menu.
