 The libiconv-big5-2003.patch.gz has the following problems:
   - It reuses the name "BIG5" to denote something different than classical
     BIG5, thus creating interoperability problems. This is a VERY BAD idea.
   - The patch doesn't pass the round-trip test (many private area mappings
     missing from the Big5-2003 -> Unicode direction).
   - It breaks the CP950 encoding.
   - It is based on a mapping table that has some problematic mappings.
     (12 known problems).
