mozilla 1.8b1 missing calendar makefiles

The vast majority of files under mozilla/calendar are missing from the archive... Either these files should be added to the archive, a patchset, etc (Pretty please with sugar on top), or the calendar option should be removed from the port options for this port.

Grabbing the mozilla/calendar directory from CVS and slapping it in there seems to work (for now anyways)
