ports missed by the upgrade?

Hi!

I am now looking at my ports to see which need updating and
spotted these:

gnome-icon-theme-2.8.0_1            <   needs updating (port has 2.10.0)
gnomehier-2.0_3                     <   needs updating (port has 2.0_5)

were these supposed to be updated by the script? I can
manually updated, but just got intrigued.
