SVG <text> (not) rendering with mozilla/mozilla-devel

None of the texts on the kevlindev site render for either my
cairo-enabled 1.7 Mozilla or my libart-enabled 1.8 Mozilla. There might
be an issue with pigritia1.svg , but I would imagine that I'd be able to
view the ones that you can view.
