using gnome tinderbox for gnome 2.8

You either have to do:

pkg_deinstall -fR gnome2

Then do a:

pkg_add -r gnome2

From rom the Tinderbox.

Or use portupgrade -PP to upgrade from GNOME 2.6 to 2.8 using packages.
