Hi,
I think that my mozilla/mozilla-devel/firefox patches are finished.

I do ascii pull-ups to PRs
ports/75816 (firefox)
ports/75836 (mozilla)
ports/77744 (mozilla-devel)

I think ports/75580 must be suspended and preserve as reference (I'll 
try do merge from latest debian patch).

Hope that this can be tested before firefox-1.0.1.  Fell free of take 
any part or change you like.

I'll try to merge this to thunderbird if no mayor objections (PR 
ports/75837).

Also I found that we install .idl files for thunderbird, which we don't 
for firefox/mozilla.  This is really needed?
