/usr/X11R6/bin/gdk-pixbuf-csource is installed with gtk2, so the first
thing I'd do is to update gtk2 (using portupgrade -R gtk2).

If that doesn't work, you could try reinstalling your png port (and gtk2
in case you have already had the latest version.
