FreeBSD Port: graphics/cairo

There are issues with compiling graphics/cairo on freebsd 6.0 (and
probably 5.x) with these make.conf settings:
WITHOUT_X11=yes
Many ports use the WITHOUT_X11 to opt out of X11 portions when the
application supports both text and graphical usage modes.
Only cairo seems to fail to compile with this make.conf setting (all
other X11 ports that only support X11 modes, i.e. no text mode
compile fine and seem to properly ignore WITHOUT_X11 set to yes.)
