HEADS UP: Call for 2.12 screenshots

It's that time again for those with GNOME 2.11 and something to prove to
send in their best screenshots for our gallery.  

We also discussed opening up a theme contest in addition to a splash
screen contest.  So go nuts.  All entries will be included in GNOME 2.12
for FreeBSD.
