gstreamer-plugin not compiling on amd64

Hi Sean!

It seems the prototype that was missing from faac.h that we added
on this last commit to faac/files/patch-gcc needs sys/types.h as Joe  
Marcus says. I will
submit a patch shortly! Thanks for pointing this out!
