gnome2/nautilus2 port hell

hi all

i did a cvsup last thursday to update to install gnome2.
1. after a few problems with pango the build stops with nautilus2 looking
for a some fictitious library.
i did portupgrade a few times. one with -afu and the other one -afuO.
after that (about 6 - 7 hours each)  i did make clean and tried to install
only nautilus2 from it's port and again i got the same error:

2. i tried to install nautilis2 from src too... there the congigure goes
true fine but the build dies with this:

gcc: nautilus-view-component-stubs.c: No such file or directory

it's true. there isn't. i found that file in the port but after trying to
build i get all this errors for not declared functions...

so i'm pretty desperate now an i'm not sure what to do next. i have an
exam this week and all my stuff is on that machine..

any help will be appreciated...    thanks...
