ports/72723: [PATCH] Allow gnomepanel to represent time correctly wheN Simplified Chinese locale is used

This sort of thing should really be taken up with the maintainer of the
translation file in question. Filing a bug report in bugzilla.gnome.org
will fix this problem for everybody, not just FreeBSD users. Are you
sure that applying this (and the gdm2 patch from ports/72722) is the
best solution?
