ports/73794: Nuvola theme stock icons missing/misnamed

Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for that, and sorry for the noise.

I was running 0.7, which was changed to 0.8 the day after my previous 
Saturday CVSup, three days before I reported the "fault".  Bad me.  
Must remember to CVSup again before submitting bug reports.
