I saw some past references to libxslt that seemed to be related to
"*.omf.out: No such file or directory" errors but they predated Gnome 2.8 so
I wasn't sure if they were the same thing.
If I updated my ports tree this morning, am I good?

Thanks! Do I re-run the gnome upgrade script (with -restart) at any point?
