Ungoing Upgrades to Gnome2-2.6

I just CVSup'd and ran portupgrade -aFrR and thought I 
noticed an upgrade warning for the gnome2 package. I've  
already upgraded to gnome 2.6, but need to upgrade to 
gnome2-2.6.0_1.  Can I use portupgrade or do I need to 
use the upgrade script again?
