Your system is in "TV and Movies" mode, suitable for displaying your
screen on film [1]

[1] Have you ever noticed that computers shown on TV almost never have
a cursor when someone is "typing"? :-)

[2] Seriously, I don't know why this would be happening.  Try a
non-development release of mozilla, e.g. from the www/mozilla port.
