firefox 0.8_4 startup problem

hello,

recently i got some problems with firefox.
i' using version 0.8_4 from ports section.

i'm running an 5-current build today

FreeBSD x30.kicks-ass.org 5.2-CURRENT FreeBSD 5.2-CURRENT #1: Wed Mar 10 09:15:53 CET 2004     sbeam at x30.kicks-ass.org:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/MY_KERNEL  i386


if i start firefox for the first time it hangs.


x30:/usr/home/sbeam$ ps ax|grep fire
  737  ??  S      0:00.02 /bin/sh /usr/X11R6/lib/firefox/lib/mozilla-1.6/run-mo
  749  ??  S      0:11.10 /usr/X11R6/lib/firefox/lib/mozilla-1.6/firefox-bin

after kill -9 of the process and restarting it, everything is fine.

this problem accures every time after a i reboot, i think it first occured with 0.8_4 
the initial 0.8 was ok.


do you have some ideas?
