Few apps install the *.la files... Change libtool?

We need the new g-c-c to fix the MIME thing. They've completely redone
MIME in gnome-vfs (using the new MIME database).

Any port that lists .la files in the plist shouldn't be touched. That
said, these updates look okay to me.
