make install does not seem to properly detect that p5-XML-Parser is not
installed. Rather than install it, it fails during gimp's configure
script, mentioning that the XML::Parser PERL module is needed. On this
system (FreeBSD 5.2-RC2) I had just PERL 5.6.1_13 installed, and no
additional modules. I was making it with Python script-fu enabled.
Manually installed p5-XML-Parser, and it seems to be building OK now.
